I don't know that I've ever read anything that was crying out louder for a ghostwriter in my life. There's a story in there, but the execution is really lacking.

I'm sorry...a grown ass woman is going to pretend she didn't spend a week a few years ago with the hero when he's BFFs with her BFFs' significant others and lives in the same town she does? It would be lame if she just saw him once afterwards and wanted to pretend, but to continue to insist it didn't happen? Who does that???

Honestly, these two are the WORST. Even after they've been NSFW once, they're still behaving like juveniles.

I'm trying REALLY HARD to like these two, but FFS they're both immature AF. He's at his workplace, she's there as a contractor--neither one of them is behaving appropriately (and I'm nowhere near the actual NSFW portions of the book, this is just them during the "hating you" portion of the story) Should he have stared at her chest? No. Should she be walking around unbuttoned? Also no. FFS, who *wouldn't* notice?
