This book seems very long. It is spanning across a number of years, as well as more than one major event. Initially, as heavy as the subject matter could be, I was enjoying it. But around the 55-60% mark I’m growing a little bored and struggling to stay engaged. Hopefully things pick up again.

I’ve already cried a handful of times through this book. Don’t tell me…I’ve been warned. I just know I’m in for more…😬🥺
