In the mood for a holiday thriller. :)

This book is much grosser than I expected it to be. Don’t read this while eating dinner. (I learned this the hard way. ) It’s just as funny as I hoped it would be though.

If this was a modern book I confess I probably would have DNF’d by now but I’m sticking with it because of this book’s cultural impact. The writing is beautiful though (if you overlook the casual racism sprinkled throughout. 😬)

Maggie Gyllenhaal is the perfect narrator for this audiobook.
