Amazing book. Cougth the attention from the very first page. Knowing that the story was created by mixing many different cases of similar experiences, added some extra flavour to the storyline.
Quite heavy but valuable reading.

Easy summer reading. A bit too cheesy for my liking but comfort reading cannot fo a harm in times like these.

This book was an interesting reading as it have told the story about depression, anxiety, panic attacks and everything what goes alongside by the person who lived through it.
Mental illnesses are invisible and still underrated in many countries. Lack of empathy and ignorance together with no knowledge how to react to a suffering person can be ‘fixed’ by reading the books like this one.
