This book was an interesting reading as it have told the story about depression, anxiety, panic attacks and everything what goes alongside by the person who lived through it.
Mental illnesses are invisible and still underrated in many countries. Lack of empathy and ignorance together with no knowledge how to react to a suffering person can be ‘fixed’ by reading the books like this one.
