No way I randomly pick this book to read today (5th November) and it’s about a murder committed on Bonfire Night? Fate, I tell you!

I’m like a quarter of the way into this book and already feel called the fuck out. Andrew Joseph White get out of my head!!!!

The plot of this book is truly held together with the most fraying string possible. Why is everyone surprised at the fact that one of them isn’t human when they all have literal world-ending powers and are barely human themselves? Not a lot in here really makes much sense.

Spending most of the time reading this book utterly confused, but totally here for the vibes
