Is it perfect? No. Has it made me cry? Absolutely. Has it surprised me? Yes. Do I like it? Heck yeah.

It's about time I finally read this, I think!

I will admit, this isn't something I'd usually read. But it has retelling features and I am dedicated to my craft! Plus, every book is worth a read.

I didn't expect to love this book so much but I am really really enjoying it

Zera is so much more relatable than I thought she would be and I love it. Also a fan of what I've seen of the worldbuilding.

It's easier to follow this time, but there are still some things that are a little too between-the-lines for me. Since the reader is absolutely inside of Juliette's head, it's hard for the 'I've thought this all along' passages to seem believable. I would have liked her lies to be lies more clearly. And it's hard to believe her when 'she can't even think' when she is thinking so many things. Makes it feel like a ploy

Why was I such a bitch to this book the first time I read it? It's amazing?

The main character is very much a sixteen-year-old, and changes her mind quicker than a snow storm, but the setting and imagery are incredible.

I read a lot of books, for a lot of reasons, mostly academic. I read a lot books because their concepts are interesting. But when I want to read a Good Book, I know where to return to.

I love this book so much.

Why am I re-reading a book I read last year and described as annoying? Because if you approach it from a different angle, it's actually really fun, and I am writing a 4000 word essay on how this book is, intentionally, a classic Shakespearean comedy.
