Love this book, but i need to read it slowly, one poem at a time. The author writes an essay on each poem about the background of the poet and his own experiences trading then. He gives a lot of insight i wouldn't have caught and is helping me understand and enjoy poetry much more.

This one have me nightmares... talking a break for now.

Love it so far, but just started and now have to return this popular book to the library.

I have to return it to the library before finishing. It's beautifully written with interesting characters, but started getting a bit strange for my late night reading.

Very smartly organized by topic with lots of related Old English words and phrases, with a glossary art the end of each chapter.
