This book is captivating and profound, though quite dense. I’ll pause my reading for now to focus on applying what I’ve learned so far.

I am currently at the section “Beginning to Inquire into Experiences” (Page 258)

This book has been a difficult read for me. I’ve gone through long sections but find it a bit hard and sometimes boring. While I grasp the overall meaning, I feel I’m missing a deeper understanding. So far, I haven’t found many practical insights, and for now, I think I’ll pause reading and may return to it later.
I am at “Craving: the second noble truth”.

I’ve read the first two chapters of Shift Into Freedom and like it a lot so far. Right now, I’m feeling a bit too lazy to do the many suggested exercises, and I’ve started reading other books that have captured my interest more. So, I think I’ll pause this one for now, but it remains a great book.

I’m about a third into this book, and so far it’s amazing—eye-opening, fascinating, and very useful. The writing is clear and accessible, especially for Western readers. The author uses only a few Pali and Sanskrit terms, all well translated, making it easy to follow. It’s not difficult but invites taking time to absorb. I’m eager to see what comes next.
