I am at part V Awakening. Part if the book is brilliant and help, but a big part is simply very far ahead of my own practice. I think will pause this book and pick it up again later when I am more advanced.

This book is very special and highly inspiring and informative. Some sections are very verbose, but overall I highly like the accessible writing style and the tons of highly detailed and helpful advice.

I’ve really enjoyed this book from the very beginning. The language is so casual and conversational, which makes it a fascinating and fun read. It’s not super intense, more like the opposite: it’s very practical and grounded.
