Which Kindle app dev thought I’d want “popular highlights” toggled on by default while reading? Turned that immersion-killing feature off as soon as I figured out what it even was (okay, so I read an entire book thinking it was a glitch).

Dear Authors, can we consider retiring the “(Adjective) Alpha’s/Omega’s (Noun)” titling convention? I’m starting think it’s some kind of regulation I wasn’t previously aware of.

Newly confirmed M/M personal pet peeve: MCs who ogle themselves in first-person PoV. There are more elegant ways for the reader to be clued in to the character’s hotness than having him check himself out in overly complimentary detail.

I know I spend too much time with contemporary M/M romances when I stop sneering at yet another buff, naked, headless torso on a book cover and passively accept it as a convention of the genre.

On an unrelated side note, I think it's about time to let Lisa Henry take the wheel. I need to reread Dark Space again. Lisa, I miss Cam and Brady...I wonder what they've been up to since book #2. Hint hint ;)

Loving this to pieces so far.

Blasted through books 1 and 2 and beginning book 3 before even starting my reviews. *throws his wallet at the author* Just take my money.

Still onboard. I expected the science-fantasy and horror themes, but the romance snuck up on me. Interesting stuff.

Very intrigued so far. Starts with one hell of a Trauma Conga. Hoping that the rest of the book can deliver on this premise.

I'm loving this. Harper Fox just kills me.

Jury is still out on this one. I know a lot of people loved it, but my feelings thus far are mixed. It's not bad, but maybe not for me. Could be a DNF, we'll see.

The problem with revisiting favorite books from your teens when you're in your 30s requires no further explanation. Nostalgia fail.
