Do I have zero impulse control and have already purposefully sought out spoilers for this book? Yes.
Am I reading it anyway despite the knowledge that it's going to destroy my soul and make me cry for a solid 2 hours? Absolutely. I love pain (not).

feel like I've been crying for the past hour. this book is amazing and painful and asdfghjkl brb gotta go cry some more. how am I this wrecked and only halfway. pray for me.

Currently struggling not to DNF. It's a its-not-you-its-me situation... I'm sure for people who read this type of book more than I do, they would love it. I'm kinda bored, but maybe I'll pick it up again at some point in the future.

Don't like Laia at all. Elias I do like, and Helene so far is also a much more interesting character than Laia (a true Mary-Sue special snowflake if there ever was one) … although sadly I'm 99% sure that the author is going to go with the Elias/Laia romantic plot, which makes me want to throw my kindle out the window, but anyway.

It rarely ever takes me this long to read a book... which is not a good sign for this series as far as my enjoyment of it goes. In the last book it took me awhile to get into it, but this is becoming tempting to just DNF altogether. We'll see...

I'm about to start reading The Lost Hero and I have to admit I'm really nervous.... I just finished rereading the whole Percy Jackson series for what is probably the millionth time (which I loooved each and every time!)
so now I'm kind of worried that this series isn't going to measure up to the fabulousness that is Percy Jackson - but hey, it's Rick Riordan, so I'm almost sure that I have nothing to worry about!

Oh my goodness...well, I can say I was definitely not expecting this. The start had me cringing in second-hand embarrassment for Emilie (which is a great sign - good cringing, not bad).
However, then they hooked up and I just can't. Stop. Laughing!!!!
I mean *snorts* come on:

"So DEEP!" I feel the floodgates breaking loose.
"I'm...I'm...Oooooo!" She howls."

I can't quite seem to get in to it right now....maybe it will improve? Or it could just be me. Either way, I'll keep trying.

DNF. It was ok at first but then I got bored. None of her love interests kept MY interest, so yeah. I'm going to read something else for now. I might come back to this later, but I doubt it.

I'm going to pretend that the book before this was the end of the series, so that I can truthfully say that I loved the whole Rock Chick series.

hmmm...for some reason Ally is really getting on my nerves. I love Ren, but SHEESH I can't take much more of her. I'm going to leave it for a while and pick it back up (maybe) when I'm feeling less annoyed...

50% and enjoying it....i hope they get together soon!

i'm about halfway-ish and Lorelai or whatever her name is is really annoying me! how dare she flirt with curran and HOW DARE he do NOTHING about it! If he cheats on Kate i am going to reach through the book and rip his face off! Please, tell me he doesn't......*shrieks*
