Also I just finished 94 catch-up reviews (24 of which Goodreads won't let me post because of spam),and it's nearly 2am and I'm knackered. But it is nice to actually use 'currently reading' and have it be accurate!

Gah, I'm really struggling with this one and I'm not sure how long it's gonna take me to get through the last 90 minutes.

I'm not into this at all this time, and it's making me reconsider how much I enjoyed the first book.

Considering DNFing this already. Nothing is grabbing me and none of the jokes are funny.

Previouslies/exposition in this book is hilarious. "Remember that time we found a treasure map and a bunch of gold on a shipwreck?" "I sure do!"

After listening to the introduction, I can see why people think Dawkins is such an unbearable atheist, even as a non-theist. I assume he gets less pompous.

Loving revisiting this book. Sissy Spacek does a great job of narration without doing extreme differences in voices.

Really not a fan of the whole babies babies babies angle. Isn't Bean like 12 at this point?

Ah, more of John Green's precocious teens. I figured I'd relate more to Colin's not wanting to waste his potential, but I mostly just find him annoying and sad. I do like the support characters, though.

Teen boy protagonist = annoying narration yet again. Hope it doesn't ruin the story for me.

Second attempt at listening to this audiobook. Got over the initial hump of poor audio quality, average narration, and not being immediately gripped by the story. It's going OK now.

The narrator is really good at doing different voices, but all of their accents are vaguely unsettling, like they're a little bit racist and not very accurate. I might switch to the book version.

Considering putting this on the DNF pile already. Considering how smart Donnie is supposed to be, he sure does freak out about trying to carry on two IM conversations at the same time.
