The aesthetic, prose, and word choice are on point. They're lovely. I just don't really love the plot that much, and Lazlo and Sarai don't really have that much chemistry tbh. This is definitely more of a book I'd read for the prose and aesthetic than for the plot or characters.

This book is really informative! So far we have learned about CPUs and their different components. We have also touched on integrated circuits and logic gates and am now learning about memory.

honestly this book is making me have an existential crisis. it’s fascinating though, how our brains can behave in such strange and unique ways. but the fact that hallucinations are more commonplace than we think freaks me out. and i really like how we also learn more about ourselves in this book too

the book’s great! so nikolai just tried to kill zoya... and zoya heard a familiar voice, and the starless saint!! is the darkling alive or not? i can’t believe how far they’ve come, especially zoya. she really grew on me and i love her sass. nina, omg my heart breaks for her. poor nina. and nikolai!! how do i get started, i love how leigh is exploring his insecurities yet he’s as clever and charming as ever...
