Bridget's Quiet Corner > Recent Status Updates

Reading it as I feel the urge to but I do need to speed it up a bit bc I won't be keeping KU beyond the 20th. I just got it for this book is believe but I haven't felt like reading fiction novels much lately plus, I just feel another shift in my reading. Hopefully I'll finish it before KU expires.

I wasn't expecting to get this far into the book. The 1st 2-3 pages were...iffy for me but I kept listening...now, I have a little over 40.5 minutes left of a little over a 3 hour audio book. This will be the first Mosley book I've finished. Hoping I can get at least 1 or 2 more books under my belt. He isn't a bad writer at all, just hasn't been able to hold my attention long. Maybe it's the picky mood reader in me.

The tiny bit I knew about Kem, I should've known that this book wouldn't be an easy read. Hopefully I'll finish it. I haven't been in much of a mood to read lately. That's kind of normal for me the first couple of months of the year anyway
