The narrator is the same but he changed the cadence/tone of a few of the voices... which is annoying.

Currently in Chapter 26 and man the author likes two similies in particular; 'he smelled like gingerbread' and 'climb them like a tree'. The second in particular makes the author's voice louder than the characters' voices. It's also a bit confusing that both main characters use the phrase where as when it was first introduced only one of the characters said it.

Again, chapter 4 stormy champions meeting the husband sexual needs, and how making sure that each other’s needs are met is important to then go on and do emotional labour of marriage I have a feeling that for this chapter, it would be best to cross reference with a book called the great sex rescue.

In chapter 1, there is a section where stormy talks about being the heart of the home as well as various ways of adjusting expectations; so I agree with most of her outcomes. I disagree with her reasoning of how she got there. I’m glad that she reiterate that abuse is not OK however the mindset that she recommends put people at risk for abuse.

The author is really good at writing fluff and tension

Why did Robin just stand there watching instead of introducing Isabelle as his daughter? It makes sense why little John didn’t give away her secret but the secret is both hers and Robin’s to tell. Since it’s Robin’s life on the line and he being the adult… shouldn’t he have confessed her?
