This book was made for me lol

This book is SO good. Brandon Sanderson is truly a master of fantasy. His worldbuilding is so unique and fascinating and he always ensures the smallest details line up. After reading the Mistborn trilogy, I have come to trust in his ability to reveal details and information slowly and at the appropriate times. This series will be my entire personality moving forwards lol

I am already obsessed with this series. I fell asleep last night with the book in my hand on the couch because I just could not put it down. I know I will be devouring this on the weekend

The 3rd story has so far been my favorite!! One left to go

Struggling through these short stories a bit but they are good so far. There are some historical references and words that are unfamiliar to me due to the period of time this novel was written and so I have had to do some googling.

Finally getting into this series 😁 excited

I am tempted to DNF this book but I bought it for $20 so i'm forcing myself to continue. Can't imagine it will be getting better though lol.

This book is NOT what I was expecting based on the blurb on the back of the book.

The plot of 5 lethal assassins trying to kill a God-King sounded like a great story that would involve lots of action and lies/betrayal

That is simply not the case here LOL.
