didnt occur to me that there'd be antisemitism in a historical horror novel but it makes sense. so far, at least, it's being shown to be a violent and awful view that the characters you follow dont seem to agree with. gotta remember to CW that when I finish & put up my rating, later.

yall really still dont know what metabolism actually does, do you? ffs yall. it's just how your food turns to energy, being fat doesnt mean you have a 'slow' metabolism, & it doesnt slow down as you age (it actually stays stable?) so I dont get why its even here.

I know its ya & originally serialized, but having to read "shes my best friend, and we're secretly dating" in the start of every chapter is getting real repetitive 😅

im not ocd, im not sure how good the rep is here, but as an adhd adult with social anxiety, a lot of gia as a character really resonates.

this bit made me laugh more than it should've: "He sold weed and talked about golden showers like it was religion. Like if he could just get me to pee on him, he'd ascend or something."
