As of yet, I'm still in the introductory section, but I might skip to the recipes pretty quickly. Reading through the lens of someone with a food allergy, their recommendations on what counts as "good" and "wholesome" food come across condescending. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but we live in a world where food allergies are considerable more common, so if nothing else it was incredibly naive/thoughtless.
