Been on a bit of a reading hiatus. Hope to get back at it soon.

Working my way through this collected series of James Robinson's Starman.

Decisions, decisions. Do I keep concentrating on new and newish books, especially for science fiction, or do I try to work through my large collection of unread books. Opinions welcomed.

My plan for this year is to read through many of the memoirs I've acquired over the years. First up is Steve Martin.

Just a quick note that I'm finally attacking the very tall stacks of unread graphic novels and comics collections. I've been doing some cleaning and was a bit stunned to realize just how many unread comics trades I own.

I've had this series on the shelf for a few years. With a TV adaptation looming, I figured I'd better get it read.

Boring, didn't finish

This started out as a bore. I put it down for a while, and now have no interest in getting back to it.

So, I wanted to add Al Franken: Giant of the Senate by Al Franken to my Current Reading and was surprised to not be able to find it here. I'm reading it on my Kindle app and the book was published this past spring.

Just got a recommendation for a book I tried reading years ago and never got past the second page because it was so dull. I wish we could thumb up or thumb down these suggestions. Usually, the recommendations are at least interesting, even for books I've already read but don't have in my GR Books.

I've been slowly making my way through the stacks of graphic novels and comic book trade collections. I've made enough progress on the 3 stacks (about 4 feet high total) to be able to do some re-shelving and reorganizing. I've been concentrating on single trades so far, but soon I'll have to tackle the stories in multiple volumes, which will slow me down. All while reading a prose novel and weekly comic books.
