Yeah... this really isn't much better than the first book sadly

Received this arc and was really excited to read it (I mean, look at that cover 😍). So far, I'm not really sold, but hopefully it picks up!

I seem to have been struck by my worst reading slump in a really long time. Nothing sounds interesting and even audiobooks while walking the dog are unappealing. I'll just give my head some rest and hope that the joy in reading comes back to me soon!
