I have left the first 2 (Ch1, Ch2) and last 2 (Ch15, Ch16) chapters unread.

Started with “Dealing with Problems” up to Ch14.

Then, started from Ch3 up to the chapter before “Dealing with Problems”

As expected, I was very engaged for the first two chapters and did a few more selections of “talks”.

I will focus a bit more on breathing practice before reading further.

Good gain of wisdom so far.

Finished Chapter 4 and Zweig’s commentary on this chapter

Still actively reading the preface. Much to think about.

Having done the introduction and finish the preface on Book 1, I have grasped a better understanding of Seneca’s philosophy. It will be a good place to break before taking a much bigger effort to read the contents explaining each phenomenon.

Gone through the period of Adam Smith, Malthus, Ricardo, utopia socialism, and at the start of Karl Marx era. Have to read some European history before understanding the rationale of each reform.

Would be a great read for leisure when i don’t have too many other priorities for books to read.

Waiting for the right time to read about the religions.
