This is one of those books that is written with the movie script in mind.

I can hear all of their voices as I read the transcript.

Too many perspectives, all of the characters are clichés and almost unlikeable. The set up for the zombies was cool, but easily caught when the bars were first mentioned. Also, Sheldon turned to power off but made not attempt to reestablish the connections.

Her MIL told a whole story about something snatching little children, but Patricia isn't making the connections to the man in the ice cream suit?

Patricia is starting to annoy me, why is she letting James Harris into her house so much. Also, there was a man on the roof, and he just happens to be checking her house because the lights were on?

She finally realizes Sky was behind it all, this may be a double fake out.

Why is Skye not a suspect to Lynette? He's good with computers and has access to his moms files.

This Lynette character is annoying, if she was so prepared why would she give someone her address, write a book on her computer (she was tech savvy enough to have a dummy cpu, but not enough to not download anything), she constantly lies, and got Stephanie killed.

Why'd she leave Stephanie in the car alone if someone is targeting final girls?

So Lynette is writing the book that getting all the final girls killed?

The kid tried to stab her with a pencil, but she has to check his comic book for signs of aggression?
