Did not expect to enjoy this as much as I am but it’s great. As much as an anthropological study as it is about art itself.

Fascinating to see legal interpretations change over time - how courts once unanimously ruled against racist zoning efforts not because they were exclusionary but because it was viewed as an unconstitutional restriction on peoples' right to do what they wanted to with their own property.
