I really like the plot and the worldbuilding but the men have no discernible personality.

Im so frustrated with this book. 23% and nothing has happened.

I got bored. Idk if in going to finish it.

I reaaaallly loved the first 2/3 of it. I’m hating this last third of the fanfic. It’s dragging, the angst is getting annoying, the plot is all over the place. I’m just hating Hermione and Draco is suffocating.

There are some tiktok references that I’m not so sure I like, but since IPB is mentioned I will let them slide.

I might have accidentally started with book two.

I get now why I was so confused with the world-building and the characters not being properly introduced.

If we ignore the scene where Syd goes to Jordan’s room and gives him a handjob, I guess it’s a slow-burn…

Love the plot, hate the romance

So, from around 50% to about 70%, the book was a dumpster fire, there was chaos upon chaos and I believe there were too many plots and subplots playing at the same time, you came out of one to find yourself immersed in the other and it got awfully messy.

But then, it got better, it made sense. Trauma from the war has to be acknowledged and it finally is from around 70% onwards.

The 8month jump and that unexpected p-trope threw me off. WHY.

Im getting depressed reading this fic and I know I should’ve seen this coming because it has always been compared to Manacled. Up to a point, they’re similar and LIATOAZA Draco is High Reeve Draco through and through.

The thing is, I wasn’t prepared. LIATOAZA is a whole new different beast than Manacled was.

So far, here are the things I don’t like about the fic:
- We keep being told that Hermione is *so smart*, yet there is no proof. She is just there.
- The insta love. Why.

I really like the plot though, so I will keep reading
