Paused to listen to an audiobook from the library. As always, all the holds became available at once.

I can't remember why I wanted to read this, who recommended it, or how I heard about it. All I know is that I put in a request at my local library and it came in. (I can't even remember when I placed the request! lol)

I have almost 200 audiobooks in my Audible library and I just keeping listening to Patricia Briggs... lol

I'm just not feeling this audiobook. I'll try the ebook, instead.

Palate cleanser! Need some friends to wash the bad taste of the last audiobook out of my mouth.

Yeesh, this is grating.
I remember *loving* this book when it first came out (before the movies and the backlash.) I thought it might be fun to reread, without the taint of the movies (which were just bad), since quite some time has past.
Nope. How did I get suckered by the insta-love and all the "He's so gorgeous and absolute perfection" inner dialogue??

This is my commute listen so it will probably take me a while to finish but I'm trying to get through the AudioSync freebies from last year that I still haven't listened to. lol

I've enjoyed rereading the Red Rising saga and the The Raven Cycle so much, I've decided to re-read the Hurog books. (Although, it's not like I really need a reason. Love these books!)

So the re-read continues. These books really are something special.

Started a coworker on these books and decided to read along with him before reading Dark Age. The series really is that good.

Just imagine a lot of squealing and bouncing and you have a good idea of my excitement levels at *finally* getting to read this book!!

I'm calling it. I just can't with this. I don't know if it's because it's on audio or not but I just can't keep track of who is who, who is doing what, or what is going on. Maybe I'll revisit later with the book format.

Gotta say, I hate this narrator. Her voice for Ghost/Seth is atrocious! Ugh. But I love the story and don't have time for an actual re-read.

I'm nervous about this one. I love Jumper so much and I'm a little worried this one will twist the characters into unrecognizable caricatures of themselves.

Going into this with a bit of chip on my shoulder. I mean, the heroine was widowed a few months before the story takes place. Not sure she would be dating. But let's see how this goes.

Gotta be honest, not loving this narrator. Her accents are really bad. I might quit the audio and try the book.

An F-Bomb?!? In a YA book?!? Did I miss something? When did that become okay/a thing?

I'm calling it. I give up. I just don't care for this book at the moment. Moving it to the "want-to-read" column and I'll come back to it. Maybe. Hopefully.
