Yeesh, this is grating.
I remember *loving* this book when it first came out (before the movies and the backlash.) I thought it might be fun to reread, without the taint of the movies (which were just bad), since quite some time has past.
Nope. How did I get suckered by the insta-love and all the "He's so gorgeous and absolute perfection" inner dialogue??
