I don’t hate the story. I have been listening to this on audible and for sure will not be listening to any more. I’ll read them but I do love multi tasking and listening. The female narrator sounds like Ruby from Max and Ruby and everytime she says Max I get cringed out bc it’s just as whiny…super bummed.

Oh this male narrator will be on the nope list! It’s like an announcer over an airport and i can focus on the story. 🤦🏼‍♀️ might have just wasted some money for the audio

At this point it's giving Brittney Spears/Janette McCurdy vibes. It breaks my heart.

I have to DNF at this time. I can not listen to these narrators any longer. I might come back later and read the book, but today I have a lot to do and not a lot of time to sit down and read solely. I listened to the first book in the series and it was hard to but I thought maybe they would be more comfortable for the second book and it was worse. Not editing it seems like at all. Mouth noises I could not handle.
