I am in fact loving this book

I really cannot believe how invested I am in this book right now. How can you start knowing the outcome and still be completely captivated. The how’s and the whys are insane!!

Somehow I disconnected a little at part 2, Vic shouldn’t be the case because part 2 is where more things start happening. It just felt rushed

Decided to start listening to the graphic audio and the music and sound effects are too loud and makes it difficult to hear a lot of the storyline especially when the characters are in busy streets. I may switch solely to reading the hard copy book

There is something about this book that really has my interest. The setting gives perfect spooky season vibes. I picture everything in a dark grey aesthetic. I also really like Julian and Fallon. I’m not too fond of their insta-attraction but that’s easily over looked.

The beginning was really slow. The separation of the mmc and fmc affected the paced however at this point (chapter 17) things are picking up and new secondary characters are interesting and likeable. The paths are beginning to merge.
