the book is great so far. the writing is phenomenal. it's no wonder they make you read it in high school.

Chapter 3 is so good. Incredibly well written, very moving.

just finished part 2. it's so strange and elias obviously didn't know jatgeir that well if he thought that elina forced herself onto the boat rather than jatgeir inviting her. and the fact that jatgeir is dead. so strabge.
