I am finally done with the terrible buggy crap that GR has become. I've made the jump to SG--see you there!

I have read this book before, I've read the later entries in the series, I know how this all goes, and yet somehow I cannot help but be completely emotionally devastated all over again at Fitz and Molly. It kills me.

Great, second chapter in and I'm already crying 😭 I thought maybe it would be easier this time around...

Okay but like why is this suddenly a meandering vignette about a kid at Harvard??

The best adjective for this book is infuriating. Not sure I can finish it.

I picked this up at the library knowing nothing about it and...wow...wtf...

I've been listening for about 4 hours and I still have no idea what the story is.

And it's SO VIOLENT. Not just fighting and blood but rape, pedophilia, FGM, domestic violence, bestiality, child abuse...on and on.

I can't decide if I want to finish it or not. It's certainly interesting in its way.

This is kinda boring so far? Weird how a series so steeped in violence and gore can be boring, but here we are.

So far I'm finding this one a MUCH easier read than #2, which was a slog at times. Just got to the ten minutes and shaking my damn head. idiots.

This is well-written but I'm pretty far into it and...what the hell is the story??

I'm not sure why I'm bothering with this, as I kind of loathed most of book 2, but whatever it's a library book so I'll give it a shot. I've already almost rolled my eyes out of my head and we've barely begun. Save me.

This is an interesting book, although the meandering literary style without a plot isn't really my fave. And Lydia is such a freaking pill that I'm kind of glad she's dead (okay, not really, she's just being a typical teenager and it's sad that she died but the way the author is presenting her so sympathetically and the very reasonable parents as horrible is grating).

Well the library loan expired and I don't care, so I guess I'm done with this one...

I'm still not loving this one, but I guess at this point I'll go ahead and finish it. Main character continues to be a paper-thin boring blah, but some of the other characters are interesting. A plot hasn't really appeared yet, so hopefully it will soon...

I picked this up from the library off nothing more than the cover, title, and modestly decent star rating. I've only finished chapter 1 but I'm already having regrets. Didn't realize this was another teen Us vs Them dystopia. Well I'll let it go for another couple hours and then decide...

Okay I know I'm barely into this, but honestly I kind of hate it. Debating if I want to keep going at all.

Still think the pace is too slow for a lot of this, but things are finally maybe picking up?!

Been listening to this on my long runs. It started out great, but it's started to lose a little steam. I was really surprised to see how much is left! Hope it starts to pick back up again, as overall it's really enjoyable.
