I enjoyed the beginning but then when the author starting talking about what we can control, I disagreed! The author states that we should not worry about things outside our control (eg illness) but she doesn’t really explore all the ways we can break that down into things we can control - what we eat, exercise, sleep! So I then started to feel the book was a surface level exploration which lacked the depth I’m after
