you see, I really like these stories so far. they're built around such interesting speculative fiction ideas, but given the fact that they're short stories, a lot of them don't really have the space to breathe and for me to properly get the thoughts Murata is trying to convey. I really liked A Summer Night's Kiss and Two's Family.

im down for a themed smutty bodice ripper. but i cant with "baby" and "endgame" and "blowing [one's] load" ... uhhh no. i can get down with smut, i can get down with kink, but i cant with those specific turns of phrase ^^
