haven’t read this in ages, just recording my progress, not bad, i guess I just needed more romantasy atm, will most likely go back though, was a nice read so far

chapter 11, DNFed 02/08

Hmm i’m tempted to DNF, it’s seeming very slow and boring so far, like how has one year passed? I’ll try to keep going but also the FMC isn’t really the type of FMC i’m drawn to and she keeps mentioning “18 year old” “doesn’t look like an 18 year old”, eh, the writing… I’ll try to keep going, try to 30% or 25%…

just got a colour soft, been reading on a paperhwite for over 2 years but been realising that I really want to filter out my highlights. I did get a kobo libra colour for a day but realised you can’t filter on the kobo and annotations don’t sync 🥹

i’m going to DNF for now as i’m finding it quite boring, even with the audiobook, and i’m too busy to keep reading on, i need a book to SUCKKKKKKK🍆me in! I’ll definitely try it again though as I’ve heard many good opinions on this

i haven’t returned to the lovely series in AGES and i’ve just seen that it isn’t finished… I thought it was a trilogy!? So instead i’ll wait a couple more years as I don’t like waiting for books to come out😭 I’ll try to wait a couple more years, there are so many other great books to read after all (hopefully i hold)

i think… i’ll put this book down… wait and come back to it maybe in a couple months or just before the next book is coming out (idk if i can hold out for that long tho😭) But i’m not feeling super entertained right now AND the last book is coming out in a year or two - plus im a sel x bree hardcore shipper and i don’t think i’ll be seeing Sel for a long time…
