In accordance with the #75Hard challenge, I have to read 10 pages of a physical book every day. I could have got the Kindle version but I actually headed down to the Sandler Sales Training headquarters here in OKC to get this book. And honestly, it's a really great glimpse into the psychology of buying decisions. Glad I picked it up.

This is another book that I'm re-reading to absorb concepts better. It's the recommended reading for an investor cruise that I'm headed out to this weekend 🚢🌞

I took a long break from fiction. It's one of my vices. But seriously when I learned that Summer of Night has a sequel...I downloaded this immediately. Dan Simmons as always immediately draws me into the narrative. Halloween isn't over for me yet.

The further that reality is dissected, the less sense it makes(at least in my head) Strange, indeed! It's about kinesiology and muscle testing but is also about universal concepts like Love and Truth and Power etc. etc

An interesting book on muscle testing, universal truths, and the collective unconscious.

Nick Cutter is basically the new Stephen King for me. I started off with The Troop and have been hooked ever since. Doesn't hurt that there's also a bit of David Cronenberg body horror. This one seems to be a western, too!

Round The Bend was a slightly difficult chapter. It took me 4 nights to get through. All Ulysses-esque weirdness about James Joyce's daughter at an asylum. Words all have double meanings and puns, sometimes flowed together but other times were just gibberish. Still enjoyable.

I like reading thick experimental novels because of the frustrating nature when authors like Danielewski and Moore really. grab you by the eyelids and say"are you with me?!" In this case, I'm in the Ulysses part of the book describing I believe Joyce' daughter living her days in an asylum. Lots of biblical puns. Reference to Paradise Lost in there.

"When this secret television station of the near dead is off air it cannot be detected, except as a high-pitched and near ultrasonic whistling tone experienced in the inner ear. if you just listen carefully, you'll find that you can hear it now."

This book is exactly why I love reading.
