I sympathize with both the mother and Amanda regarding Hannah. I don't think Amanda is evil for wishing death on Hannah. In this situation, I think it would be merciful, though I think her motivations are more selfish than altruistic.

I'm already irritated by the double standard between Amanda and Henry. I bet no one told him that his body had to remain pure for his wife.
