I'm getting fed up with JLA's female leads. Sera is upset that Nyktos doesn't trust her but gives him absolutely no reasons to trust her. He actually allows her much more freedom than she really deserves based on how she treats him. For someone who claims that she was a captive her whole life and despised it, she really doesn't seem to have much of a problem with the idea of being a captive to Kolis.

Kind of really in love with this mystery. Proud to say I already saw some things coming 😂

I always go into her books with high hopes only to feel disappointed shortly into it...but then it hits a certain point where I can't put it down! I'm at that point now

I am loving this book so much!! One of the best in the series!

I'm loving the character Aelin has become and how she is always three steps ahead of everyone else. I also love that we get to understand Elide a bit more.

The world building and character development that takes place in this book is just absolutely spectacular
