This book reminds me of how all the cats in Cats get up and tell their life story via song, except this is aliens. Just endless stories of different aliens that I can't possibly keep track of.

Wow. In the middle of this book, the POV completely changed to a different person to blatantly set up the couple for the next book. That was unexpected.

I just do not understand the Gay Porn Wives Club. At all. I'm pretty sure this series is actually in the 'not for me' column, but I bought it so I'm going to finish it. I think.

Waaaaaaaait. Part of the plot is the hero dealing with a false rape accusation? I do not like this.

This book is supposedly filled with witty banter, but Pen just calls everyone stupid. Literally. To their face. 'I think you are excessively stupid.' Forgive me, but I seem to be missing the wit.

73% done and still no romance in this romance book.

What? Candy is unconscious after surgery and in critical condition and her dumbass friends are sitting in her room and planning a wedding? 'Since we know how well Candy is doing, we are extremely relaxed.' I...I just don't get this.

Wait, wait, wait. How are you just suddenly a campus police officer? Without going through the academy? I call bs.

I don't understand what is happening in this book. Is it a madcap comedy and Oliver is a complete buffoon? I feel like I'm just not getting it at all.
