Loved this series. Read in order

Since I do not know if any of Laura Harner's books were in fact written by her, I am marking all of the books I have read with one star and removing any that were on my TBR list.

In the US we just had computer problems with NYSE, United Airlines, NY Times. Was this part of the book I am reading??????

I just looked at a book for sale: Harback $3.99. E-book $8.99. WTF?

I'm at 70%. In the middle of the book I was laughing out loud. Now I am ready to cry. I am glad I DNF.

I am 40% of the way into the story. I am close to DNF. I will probably finish but so far it is not as good as I expected. At first I loved the attraction between the MCs. Now I'm not feeling them as much. The whole thing with the FBI is strange. Hopefully the 2nd half will be better.

“The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian.” was banned in an Idaho school. 350 kids signed a petition to get it back in the library. Unsuccessfully.A local bookstore bought 350 copies of the book to give free to those 350 kids. A students was giving the books out & some "intelligent" NOT parent called the police. The police did not stop the giveaway. Publisher of bk sent 350 more to bkstore for more kids.

I am honestly considering not finishing this book. Plot is okay, but too many details. I do not need to know every time the dog does his business. This is a novel not a daily journal. Also the lack of editing. UGH! "The taste of the juice was most definitely than the taste of the coffee." Most definitely WHAT? Just an example. The plot has such possibilites.

I love all of my GR and LM friends. Sharing our love of books is so special to me. My days are better because I have people who understand and with whom I can communicate.

I have been under the weather for a few weeks. I have been reading and hope to start catching up with my reviews. Was too sick to write. Happy Holidays to all.

1/3 finished. I amfrom South Florida so love to read stories set there but I am struggling with this one. The good part is the setting, everything else has left me empty.
I feel no empathy for the MC. The supporting cast are flat. Plenty of sex but no heat!

This is promoted as a man searching for his missing twin. Some search. A man comes up to him at a club in South Beach obviously mistaking him for his twin

I have been off line for a while due to a computer crash and an injury. Was still reading so have many books to review. I will try to do some every day. Bear with me. Glad to be back. Have missed you all.

Back to reading this. Still detest Jean but love Vadim and Dan.

Haven't got back into this yet. Soon. I love Voinov's writings but had to step back from the emotions for a bit.

As always with Coben, a character driven story and I am driven by them.

I hate Jean. I hate Jean. I do not think he adds anything to the story. If he is cut out, nothing important changes. I think he is a selfish pr--k! Had to take a break. I have decided to skip any part that has Jean in it. Dan & Vadim need to get all this crap out of their lives.

Look at what I am reading. Boy could I use a recommendation for a light and very hot MM book. Help me out please!

As I listen to this book I am again reminded why Harlan Coben is such a pleasure to read. The MC is a female detective and there is mystery and realism everywhere.

I remember why I needed a break before reading the final chapters of their story. Vadim and Dan are not created out of words on a page. They are real and reach out from page one to grab me in a choke hold and make me feel their story. They are raw, lethal, sexy and the worse communicators in the world of books. It is good that Aleksandr Voinov is a great communicator.

Oh the first chapter surrounded me in Ash's panic attach. It was gripping, emotional and stark. WOW!
