Very very clever. Why isn’t this book studied and discussed instead of Lolita?

I really really don’t want this book to end. What a political rollercoaster. And all 400 pages over the course of 24 hours.

C’est trop bien écrit.

L’auteur a une maîtrise vraiment impressionnante des deux voix narratives - je n’arrête pas de vaciller entre les deux camps. Les chapitres dédiés à la mère débordent de rage, de douleur et d’incompréhension, mais l’accusé nous fait malgré tout pitié - car on réalise bien que cela pourrait être nous.

Going crescendo. Completely unpredictable.
