Yes it is 3 am and yes I’m obsessed with this book

I feel dread walking up my spine while reading this. In a good way (? it is so interesting and descriptive in such an unique way. I’m intrigued, but at the same time with a sense of trepidation for what’s gonna happen.

I’m struggling to understand Cassidy and give her grace fue to her upbringing, but damn is she making it hard. Falls From Grace became one of my favourite books, so I’m going to trust Ruby Landers and hope Cassidy really grows and develops as a character in the rest of the book

(maybe it’s my biased love for Sav and Brynn that’s making it hard to understand Cassidy though)

Is this book silly asf? Yes, I cringe at times with the amount of innuendos and the mmc’s complete obliviousness about it. Is it also charming, adorable and cute asf? A 100% yes I cannot giggle stupidly while listening to this

I knew I tried reading this before, but didn’t remember I DNFed it because the “intro” was taking too long. For a book that’s 23 hours long, almost 3 hours of “setting the scene” feels like too much, but I’m willing to bear it bc I’ve heard amazing things about it and the narrators are really good, so I’ll see how it goes
