This is well written and the audiobook is very engaging. But the author’s narrative is unrealistic. She’s always the voice of reason, and always seems to be able to predict some of the worst ills of social media because she is an outsider and more interested in policy and not money. That seems awfully convenient. I’ll finish this but Chaos Machine is a better book on the subject.
