1) Intimidation
2) Corruption
3) Hypnotizing the people
4) Selecting people 'captured' by above 3 methods & making them into a passive instrument for carrying out cruelties and brutalities needed by the government.

Once the circle is complete can't be broken by force

I'm listening to this one and it is REALLY good! It really breaks down how technology has interfered with our ability to have conversations with the excuse of 'connection'.
