Everyone is caught in a circle of violence - make up of 4 methods:
1) Intimidation
2) Corruption
3) Hypnotizing the people
4) Selecting people 'captured' by above 3 methods & making them into a passive instrument for carrying out cruelties and brutalities needed by the government.

Once the circle is complete can't be broken by force
