Eww...starting to not like William Marston and Holloway. Sympathy goes out to Olive Byrne.

Having a difficult time learning why Marston’s lie detector test is important to Wonder Woman, unless it’s directly related to the lasso of truth.

This book is not reader friendly. Or at least not friendly to those who don’t memorize everything on paper.

120 pages in and I only now see the author uses no contractions in his writing. *slaps forehead* ughh

Funniest part of this memoir. Gregory wants to give up his engineering studies to be a professional bridge player. He penned a 6 page letter to his father requesting permission. Father responds: “Why don’t you become a pimp instead?” 😂😂 LMAO

Great. Just great. I have the advanced reading copy of this book that I got probably from NYCC. Autographed by the author too. I got this book probably in 2016 or 2017 and you know what is on this page?! PANDEMIC. Not on Earth, but on a planet called Genesis. And you know who sends this virus to Genesis? Earth. Yeah. Earth has sent a bio-engineered virus to a planet called Genesis. Everything in 2020 is this.

Interesting note: the start of the this book reminds me of a previous book I read called Hounded (Iron Druid Chronicles) by Kevin Hearne.

Also, so far I've met 2 female characters. One has a family curse that is carried by the last female born. The other is an air elemental mage who is "dumb as a sack of rocks." We'll see if the author gives any more female characters in the book sad descriptions.

Sometimes this book reads like a Richard Curtis movie and other times especially on this page, Emma sounds like she's 7 years old. The whole "I want to watch!" I can picture her stomping her feet with her arms folded with a high pitched whiny voice.

The American on the airplane says "You were on a bit of a roll." on page 30. The author needs to work on writing for Americans. They don't really use "a bit of" in their every day language.
