most of this book is just people worrying about being a little bit cold but when mrs. elton does it it’s the most annoying thing in the world … omg i can’t stand her. so gauche !!!!!

i’m trying to stretch out emma as long as possible so i started another book. every time her mom has another kid i feel like im banging on one way glass begging her to stop. nothing sadder to me than having 12 kids between the ages of 18 and 39 and only really stopping because you become a widow

emma is so dear to me i haven’t been updating this one because every post would just be some variation of wowww love her so much

i realized i hadn’t tried to read a romance book in way too long so i started one and when it was clear immediately that wasn’t gonna happen i went back to my tried and true option … hello 2020

got to nana’s death and had to stop reading bc i was about to cry on the train. i know myself so well

yeah i’m eating my words i think this book is gonna make me cry

i was going to be annoying about the prose but the glimpses of nana are already breaking my heart so i’m pretty sure it won’t matter much in the end

on the master builder act 2 and if it sticks the landing we might have a new favorite play … hedda gabler watch out your crown is slipping

bought it again on ebay idgaf i’m finishing this … hedda gabler 10/10 she’s so awesome

since i lost my book of ibsen plays on monday im self flagellating (refusing to start something else until i find it) but i put a library hold on this months ago and its finally available so im taking a brief respite to read martyr

finished ghosts and that is Not the conclusion i was expecting. i give it a solid 3/5 stars. onto hedda gabler!

just finished act two of ghosts i’m GAGGED. mrs alving is gonna tell them everything in act 3 😭

in my mind my process of getting this book was a nightmare but when i went to describe it here it’s just me waiting in line for a long time because even though i set an availability alert on libby in august and i placed my hold immediately in march i was still 38th in line out of 2500 people
