I tried reading this as an audio book… without the actual print book in front of me. The author wrote this with chapters told from a different character’s POV and jumped forward and backward in time. The audio version does not clue you in from which character’s POV the chapter is written. I spent so much time registering to get my bearing on the setting and which characters POV I was reading.

I have an advance copy for review. I have devoured this book. I am exactly halfway through and just got the book yesterday.

It was fun to go back and reread chapter 1 after I knew more about all the characters.

Readers who have lost a baby may have a hard time with Chapter 14.

Hmmm.... Hannah uses the name Rafe for a character in Fly Away and again in The Four Winds. I wonder what connection she has to that name.

I am loving this book.

Wonderful book. This is a must read for all who have dyslexia and for all teachers K-12.

Rereading one of my all-time favorites. This book stirred up my emotions and pulled me in like no other book has ever done. Probably because the premise of the book is based on my biggest fear “being abducted and held against my will with no way to escape”. Since i personally tend to trust everyone the main character Gemma reminded me very much of myself. Let’s see if it’s as good the second time around.

Delightful read! I enjoyed watching Ada grow and mature emotionally. Loved both books so much.
