Reading a beautifully layered book that's perfect for any book club. I wish I had found a MOD or buddy to read this. I'm 70% in How to Read a Book by Monica Wood and I'm already making plans to lean into a 5-star review. Highly recommend.

this might be the rare audiobook where the language authenticity by the narrator is not helping but the book is compelling. such an interesting start.

triggersso many triggers in this dark sport romance that disrespects coeds, with slurs and bets. No one is mentally healthy, so naturally, two broken natural super-athletes would find each other.

Glad I stuck with it…wasn’t immediately vibin’ with the author’s style of character intro/flow and restarted reading 5x! Finally, able to settle in for the story.
