It's interesting how legends (from what I've read) treat the force more like super powers than the current canon. It's always "using force blasts" or "moving with blinding speed" and less of the emotional drive I've become accustomed to seeing.

There is an overall air of uncertainty, asking if Plagueis is truly carving his own path or if fate is simply guiding him, but overall it's a vibe I'm not used to yet.

Finally, something happens. This entire series is a pretty slow burn but it was beginning to get tedious after a while.

Listening to the audiobook of this one. I'm pretty unfamiliar with Reggie's impact on Nintendo but it's really interesting to hear about his business background before then.

NOW the novelization starts.

Pace is finally starting to pick up.

Pretty good adaptation so far. Pretty fast paced but doesn't linger any longer than it needs to.

I dislike this series so far. Literally nothing happens and it's incredibly boring. I just don't like dropping books. Especially short ones.

Listening to the audiobook for this one. I really like Alastair Duncan's narration, he gives so much energy and intensity in every line, but the audio quality is absolutely terrible so far. It's like they recorded in an untreated room with a USB mic and lazily slapped a condenser filter on there and called it a day.

Man, that was a really intense start.

So this is how star wars does a disaster story.

Seems like a simple coming of age story so far but I really enjoy the pacing.
