I did not care much for the start of the book! But a part of it could have been the narrators... (the adult content within the first few chapters was a deterrent.)

Though some of the telling is making this a hard read... the author is 'skipping places to show the story.

Yes, so far I am disappointed!

This is written in sentences.
There are a few decorative descriptions.
Settings are almost nonexistent.
I am getting bored.
This is flat.

Get my drift....

I will give it a few more pages before either I skim or DNF.
